Treadmill

Treadmills are broken. Both of them. Some jackass took out the 110 plugs from the regulator and put them in directly to 220. Sigh. Back to running around UP sunken garden.

running around the real stretch is better dontya think? although thats just a hunch cause im the laziest person when it comes to shaping up hahaha :)

Enjoying the view is one benefit of running outdoors: less boring. Treadmill though measures how fast you got to go.
